The Team
Brian Gelt
CEO
​Brian is a 35 year Automotive Industry veteran. He graduated from USC in 1987 with a Bachelor’s in Public Administration. After graduation he joined Galpin Motors, the number one volume Ford dealership in the world. Brian held numerous positions at Galpin including Finance Manager, Used Car Manager, Group Finance Director, and General Manager. As a member of the executive team, Brian was instrumental in Galpin’s growth.
Brian then joined Keyes Motors in 2005 as General Manager and then Partner in Keyes Audi. Brian was able to lead his team to be the number one volume Audi dealer in the United States. He also served on Audi’s Dealer Advertising Group guiding everything from vehicle launch campaigns to Superbowl Ads. He retired from Keyes in November 2019, joined Predictive Group as a Senior Associate in 2020, and founded Peoplytix in 2021.
Annju'lia Smalls
Client Care Specialist
Annju'lia has been in customer care for 5 years. In 2014-2015 she was a father's right's advocate assisting fathers in need of attorneys for family law court. Later, she joined Keyes Audi as a BDC (Business Developing Center) representative working under the supervision of Brian Gelt, the GM at the time and our CEO of Peoplytix. She worked there for a total of 3 years and till this day she genuinely enjoys being of service to those in need.
Ryan attended Fresno City College and later transferred and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College of California. After graduating, Ryan worked for Enterprise Rent-A-Car and an online Human Resources company in San Francisco. In 2002, opportunity back home came knocking, and Ryan returned to Geil Enterprises full time.
He was named General Manager of CIS Security in 2004, where his duties involved overseeing customer service, sales, operations and staffing. After serving as General Manger in Janitorial Inc. from 2006-2011, Ryan served as President of Geil Enterprises, Inc. from 2013 until 2017.
Ryan left Geil Enterprises to pursue a passion of helping companies become sustainable. Ryan is currently the Chapter Forum Officer of the San Joaquin Valley Integrated chapter.
